1. What this notice covers
This notice explains how RODFAIFA handles personal data for Singapore accounts, enquiries, listings, seller evidence and the website. Thailand records remain separate by market.
2. Data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, account identities, contact details, listing details, uploaded photographs, enquiry messages, consent records, device information and payment references. We do not store full card numbers.
3. Why we use it
We use data to create accounts, authenticate sellers, publish and moderate listings, route enquiries, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the service and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Disclosure and processors
We use service providers such as Cloudflare, email providers, analytics providers and Stripe for the services you request. We do not sell personal data. Buyer and seller contact details are disclosed only for an enquiry with the applicable consent.
5. Retention and security
We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including active listings and legally required records. Access is role-scoped, sensitive evidence is private and account actions are logged.
6. Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or information about how your data is used by contacting hello@rodfaifa.com. We will verify the request and respond within the applicable Singapore timeframes.
