Ask whether the battery is fixed or removable, how many packs are included, and whether keys, charger and adapters match the serialised pack. Request voltage, usable capacity, chemistry, charge time and any battery-health evidence rather than relying on a range claim alone.
Inspect the frame, steering, suspension, tyres, brakes, lights, display, throttle response, charge socket, seals and signs of water or impact damage. Confirm the odometer and test the vehicle under a safe load representative of normal use.
