BYD and DENZA Offer Flood Relief Package for Thai EV Owners
Posted · By Paul
Rever Automotive, the official distributor of BYD and DENZA in Thailand, has announced a support package for customers affected by flooding. The program applies to all BYD and DENZA electric vehicles damaged by the floods.
Free Inspection and Repair Discounts
From August 21 to September 30, 2026, owners can bring their flood-damaged EVs to any authorized dealer service center for a free 138-point inspection. After the assessment, the dealer will inform the customer of the results and schedule repairs.
Customers receive a 30% discount on labor, general repair parts, chemicals, floor carpets, and sound-absorbing mats. The discount covers only parts damaged by the flood and meeting the program's conditions.
Exclusions and Conditions
The 30% discount does not apply to 12V batteries, high-voltage batteries, drive motors, motor control units (PDC), tires, and decorative accessories.
The program is limited to vehicles purchased from Rever Automotive's authorized dealers. Customers must have the vehicle inspected during the program period and confirm repairs by opening a repair order no later than September 30, 2026.
The benefits apply only when the customer pays for repairs themselves. Claims covered by voluntary insurance or paid by an insurance company are not eligible.
The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, down payments, gifts, or other items. Rever Automotive may collect and use personal data for coordination purposes, as outlined in its privacy policy.
