1. Data controller

rodfaifa.com is operated by KNKR Technologies ("we", "us"). We are the data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for personal data collected through the platform.

2. Data we collect

Account data (for example, name from LINE, profile photo, email and contact details), listing details, uploaded photos, payment records (we do not store full card numbers), website usage (cookies and analytics), and messages sent via contact forms or email.

3. Purposes

To operate the EV marketplace, process listing-package payments, verify sellers, communicate with you, improve security and site performance, and comply with applicable law.

4. Legal bases (PDPA)

Contract (delivering services you request), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and analytics), and consent where required (for example, marketing newsletters).

5. Third parties

We use trusted processors as needed: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and security), LINE (sign-in and messaging), Stripe (payment processing), and email or analytics providers where necessary. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above, including while listings are active, payment records for accounting and tax requirements, and account data under our policies.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent by emailing hello@rodfaifa.com. We respond within applicable legal timeframes.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS and internal access controls.

9. Cross-border transfers

Some processors may handle data outside Thailand. We select providers with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes and contact
