Service delivery
- After successful payment, your listing goes live within minutes once our system confirms payment.
- Listing packages remain active for 30 days from activation.
- On-site add-ons (inspection and professional photos in Bangkok metro) are delivered within 3–5 business days after activation; we contact you to schedule.
- Social promotion add-ons begin within 3–5 business days of activation.

Refund policy
- Non-refundable once your listing is live because digital service delivery begins immediately.
- Refunds apply for duplicate charges, failed activation after payment, or undelivered paid add-ons.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Email hello@rodfaifa.com within 7 days of the issue.
- We process approved refunds within 14 business days.

Cancel anytime. No refund is issued for the current billing period already in use.
