Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using rodfaifa.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. The Platform is operated by KNKR Technologies.

2. Our role
rodfaifa is a listing marketplace for EVs. We do not own vehicles, are not a party to sale contracts, and charge 0% commission on completed sales. Buyers and sellers transact directly.

3. Fees and packages
Sellers pay upfront listing packages (Basic, Boost and Pro Sale — 30 days each) and optional add-ons as shown on the Pricing page. All prices are in THB as displayed. There is no commission when your EV sells.

4. Listings
You must provide accurate, current information, have the right to sell what you list, and comply with Thai law. We may remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use
No fake, fraudulent, infringing, spam or unlawful content. Do not attempt to bypass payment systems or scrape data without permission.

6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account. LINE sign-in and email magic links are also subject to the terms of the relevant providers.

7. Intellectual property
rodfaifa content, brand and software are ours. You grant us a licence to display your listing content as needed to operate the service.

8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee sale outcomes, accuracy of third-party listings, or damages from buyer–seller transactions, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Refund rules for listing packages are in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

10. Governing law and contact
