BYD and DENZA Offer Free Flood Checks and 30% Repair Discount in Thailand
Posted · By Paul
Rever Automotive, the official distributor of BYD and DENZA in Thailand, has announced a flood relief program for customers whose electric vehicles were damaged by recent flooding. The program runs from September 24 to October 31, 2026.
Free Inspection and Repair Discount
Under the program, owners can bring their flood-damaged BYD or DENZA EV to an authorized service center for a free 138-point inspection. The inspection must be booked in advance and completed within the program period.
After the inspection, the service center will assess the damage and schedule repairs. Customers who proceed with repairs will receive a 30% discount on labor and parts for general repairs, chemicals, floor mats, and soundproofing materials. The discount applies only to parts damaged by flooding and covered by the program.
What Is Not Covered
The 30% discount does not apply to several key components. Excluded parts include the 12V battery, high-voltage battery, drive motor, motor control unit (PDC), tires, and accessories.
Conditions and Deadlines
Vehicles must be inspected between September 24 and October 31, 2026.
If repairs are needed, customers must confirm by opening a repair order by September 30, 2026.
The offer applies only when the customer pays for repairs themselves. It does not cover cases where an insurance company pays or the customer claims under a voluntary insurance policy.
The program is limited to BYD and DENZA EVs purchased from authorized dealers.
Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, down payment reductions, gifts, or other items.
Customers can contact the customer relations team at for more details. Rever Automotive may adjust the terms and will announce changes through its Facebook page (BYD RÊVER Thailand) or website.
