MG Unveils IM5 Exclusive Edition Limited to 50 Units at Big Motor Sale 2026

MG Thailand introduced the MG IM5 Exclusive Edition at the Big Motor Sale 2026, held at BITEC Bangna from August 21 to 31, 2026. Only 50 units are available in the country.
Exclusive Design and Pricing
The special edition features a new Morandi Purple exterior and a two-tone cream-gray interior, blending luxury with distinct character. It is priced at 1,499,900 baht. Buyers receive a Bialetti Moka Pot coffee maker in a Dolce & Gabbana special edition and a limited blend coffee from Refill Coffee.
Performance and Range
The IM5 Exclusive Edition builds on the success of the Premium Long Range model. It is a rear-wheel-drive electric sedan with 407 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. The IM Digital Chassis enhances stability and control. The 100 kWh battery, developed with CATL, provides up to 860 kilometers of range per charge (NEDC). The 800-volt architecture supports DC fast charging up to 396 kW, allowing a 10-80% charge in under 18 minutes.
Additional Offers and Events
MG also showcased its full lineup with special promotions for customers who order during the event. All electric models come with an EV Lifetime Warranty. MG IM owners can enjoy exclusive drinks at the Refill Coffee booth by showing ownership through the MG Thailand app. Limited specialty drinks, including the new Morandi Purple, are available on Fridays through Sundays.
